Dear Field Walkers and Metal Detectorists,
We will continue Field walking and Metal Detecting this Sunday 15th January.
The weather forecast for Sunday is currently ok (Light Cloud, Moderate Breeze 15% chance of rain, 6 degrees).
Please note that CMDC members will NOT be available on the 15th January.
We will also NOT have the use of the Village Hall this week as there will likely be no more than 6 persons detecting but toilet facilities will still be available.
We will be continuing in Field 2 and Field 3 (it’s your choice). Field 3 is currently about 80% detected.
Please go directly to site – park in the designated area (please park on the hard standing area ONLY – NOT on the grass).
Please do NOT drive past the car park and up the very muddy track (to get closer to the fields) – we have been asked not to do this by the farmer (Mr. Philip Willison).
We will start detecting at 9:30am as usual.
Please don’t start detecting or Field walking until I or another member of BOHIS arrives.
