Dear All,
We have now finalised the agenda for our FREE Final Presentation Day – Saturday 29th September at Cuckney Village Hall.
PLEASE NOTE that the Agenda timings have been slightly altered from those originally posted last week (updated at 10:20am, Mon. 24th Sept.)
As previously, this is a, “Pick n Mix” affair – so come along for it all (9:30am – 4pm) OR just attend what interests you.
This will then morph into a BBQ (drinks about 4pm, FREE eats about 4:30pm).
We can utilise both outside (grassed areas) and inside the Village hall – so don’t worry about the weather.
The BBQ is mainly a, “Thank You to Volunteers” – (Like all the people who belong to Warsop Metal Detecting Society and the happy band who supplied the fencing, refreshments etc). Without such people (who supply their time & equipment free of charge, day in day out) – our events would have hugely suffered.
Whilst we will supply a number of FREE drinks, these are mainly intended for the Volunteers – so please bring “Bring A Bottle” if you can, otherwise.
Whilst you do not have to let us know if you are just attending any of the events between 9:30am – 4pm :
